Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Amplispect collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, product, and connected integrations.

Amplispect provides software for creating, scheduling, publishing, and measuring social content and for working with connected services. This policy applies to Amplispect websites, applications, and related services that link to it.

Who is responsible for your data

  • Amplispect is responsible for personal information processed through the Amplispect website and service. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact [email protected].
  • A connected social platform remains independently responsible for information it controls under its own privacy policy. Publishing through Amplispect does not transfer control of the destination platform to Amplispect.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, login details, workspace settings, and plan details.
  • Content you provide, including product URLs, campaign briefs, prompts, uploaded or generated creative, post text, media, schedules, drafts, comments, replies, and feedback.
  • Connected integration data when you authorize a third-party service, such as social, advertising, analytics, search, or publishing accounts. The exact data depends on the permissions you approve with that provider.
  • Public-source data that Amplispect processes to provide the service, such as publicly available webpages, posts, comments, profiles, metadata, and search results relevant to your campaigns.
  • Usage, device, and log data, including pages visited, actions taken, browser type, IP address, approximate location, timestamps, errors, and performance diagnostics.

Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data

  • If you connect a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account, Amplispect receives and stores the access tokens, granted scopes, account identifiers, profile details, page or business account metadata, and related connection status needed to operate the integration.
  • For Meta ads reporting, Amplispect may request permissions such as ads_read and business_management to list eligible ad accounts and import campaign-level reporting data, including campaign IDs and names, spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, actions, conversion-like events, dates, currency, time zone, account status, and business metadata.
  • For Instagram publishing, Amplispect may request permissions such as instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_content_publish to identify eligible Instagram business or creator accounts, show profile/account information, prepare media and captions, and publish content only when you instruct Amplispect to do so.
  • If you configure Instagram webhooks, Amplispect may receive webhook event payloads from Meta so we can validate delivery, sync publishing status, or troubleshoot the connected integration.
  • We use Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data only to provide the connected features you request, maintain the integration, measure campaign performance, publish or schedule content, troubleshoot errors, protect the service, and comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
  • We do not sell Meta, Facebook, or Instagram data, transfer it to data brokers, or use it for purposes unrelated to the Amplispect features you authorize.

TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, and other platform data

  • When you connect another social platform, Amplispect may receive and store access and refresh tokens, granted scopes, platform account identifiers, display names, avatars, channel or page metadata, and connection status needed to provide the integration.
  • For content publishing, Amplispect processes the text, images, videos, titles, captions, privacy or visibility options, selected destinations, scheduled time, platform publish identifiers, status, errors, and resulting links associated with the action you request.
  • Where a platform and your approved permissions support it, Amplispect may import post performance, account or campaign metrics, comments, commenter display information, timestamps, and reply status so you can review performance and manage engagement.
  • Amplispect uses connected-platform data only to authenticate the connection, show eligible accounts, create or schedule requested publications, sync requested data, support engagement, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and comply with applicable law and platform requirements.
  • We do not sell connected-platform data, use it to build unrelated profiles, or transfer it to data brokers. We request only permissions needed for features you choose to use.

How we use information

  • To create and manage your account, authenticate access, provide support, process billing, and operate the Amplispect product.
  • To generate campaign ideas, social posts, creative assets, drafts, replies, reports, and other outputs you request.
  • To connect with services you authorize, sync data, publish or schedule content when instructed, and show integration status.
  • To secure, debug, measure, and improve the service, including abuse prevention, reliability monitoring, analytics, and product research.
  • To communicate with you about product updates, support requests, security notices, and administrative messages.

AI and service providers

  • Amplispect may use AI model providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, email services, and other vendors to process information on our behalf.
  • When we send information to these providers, we do so to deliver the requested feature, operate the service, or improve reliability and safety.
  • We require service providers to protect information appropriately and use it only for the services they provide to us, subject to their own terms where you connect or authorize them directly.

Sharing and disclosure

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We may share information with service providers, connected third-party integrations you authorize, workspace members you invite, or as required for legal, security, compliance, or business-transfer purposes.
  • For connected social integrations, we share data with the selected platform only as needed to complete actions you authorize, such as OAuth authentication, API requests, media upload, publishing, comment replies, webhook verification, and reporting sync.
  • Generated outputs, published posts, ads, videos, or other content you choose to publish may become visible according to the settings and policies of the destination platform.

Cookies and local storage

  • We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure product usage, and protect the service.
  • You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent parts of Amplispect from working correctly.

Retention and security

  • We keep information for as long as needed to provide Amplispect, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and security logs.
  • We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and data deletion

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
  • You can disconnect integrations from your account settings or from the third-party provider. Disconnecting an integration stops future access where supported, but may not remove information already processed, stored, or published.
  • To request deletion, follow the Data Deletion Instructions linked in the site footer or email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request" and identify the Amplispect account and providers covered by the request.
  • After verification, we will delete or de-identify stored tokens, connection records, imported account metadata and metrics, unpublished drafts, uploaded media, comments, and webhook payloads covered by the request unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.
  • Deleting data in Amplispect does not automatically delete posts, media, ads, comments, insights, or other content that has already been published to Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party platform. You may need to manage those items directly in the destination platform.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or contacting us.

International transfers

  • Amplispect may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Children

  • Amplispect is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product, by email, or by another reasonable method.
