Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Amplispect and connecting it to social platforms you control.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern your access to Amplispect websites, applications, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live. If you use Amplispect for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

The service

Amplispect provides tools for creating marketing content, connecting third-party accounts, scheduling and publishing social posts, managing comments, and reviewing performance information. Features may change as the product develops.

Amplispect is independent from TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Threads, and X. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, limits, and availability.

Accounts and connected services

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your Amplispect credentials secure.
  • Connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Review the permissions shown by each platform before authorizing access.
  • You may revoke a connection through Amplispect or the third-party platform. Revocation can prevent related features from working.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, generate, or publish through Amplispect. You grant Amplispect a limited, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

When you choose Publish or Schedule, you instruct Amplispect to transmit the selected content to the selected connected accounts at the chosen time. You remain responsible for reviewing the content, destinations, audience settings, disclosures, and timing before submission.

Acceptable use

  • Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or malicious content.
  • Do not use Amplispect for spam, fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, unauthorized surveillance, or evasion of platform enforcement.
  • Do not access accounts without authorization, request permissions you do not need, or collect platform data for unrelated purposes.
  • Do not interfere with the service, bypass safeguards or usage limits, reverse engineer restricted components, or introduce harmful code.
  • Follow applicable laws, advertising disclosure rules, intellectual-property rights, and the policies of every destination platform.

AI-generated output

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You must review scripts, captions, visuals, replies, claims, and other output before using or publishing it. Amplispect does not guarantee that generated output is unique, legally compliant, or free of third-party rights.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid features, prices, billing periods, usage limits, taxes, trials, and renewal terms are presented before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled where recurring billing is offered. You can cancel future renewal through the available billing controls.

Except where required by law or stated at purchase, fees already charged are non-refundable. We may change future pricing or plan limits with reasonable notice.

Third-party platforms and availability

Publishing and data synchronization depend on third-party APIs and account permissions. Platforms may reject, delay, remove, limit, or alter content or access. Scheduled times are targets rather than guarantees, and you should verify time-sensitive publications.

Amplispect may suspend a connection or action when required for security, legal compliance, platform policy, maintenance, or protection of users and third parties.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Amplispect at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when you violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay applicable fees, or when continued service is no longer practical. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export or delete data.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amplispect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Amplispect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform enforcement, or failed publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or platform changes. Material updates will be communicated by a reasonable method. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale of the service.
